John Joseph Wardle, better known as Jah Wobble, is an English bass guitarist and singer born in 1958. He first gained recognition as the original bassist for Public Image Ltd in the late 1970s. After leaving the band, he launched a diverse solo career. In 2012, he collaborated again with guitarist Keith Levene for new projects. He is also known for his regular appearances on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Up All Night and authored the autobiography Memoirs of a Geezer.
