My first active bass. Feels great. Plays great. Sounds great. For that price i am very happy. Played it at a bar and a bottle fell from the shelf from the vibrations, while i was playing on the B string. Not even joking. The guitar is well balanced. The strings spacing is narrow and it took me couple of days to get used to it, but now it feels great and playing fast is easy. Having a passive-active switch was a huge selling point for me, because i know i would get paranoid about battery if it was only active. EDIT: so it's been almost a year since i got the bass and my opinion has changed drastically. Maybe it was my initial excitement of finally being able to afford an expensive (yes for me it's expensive) bass or w/e but now i don't feel the same about the bass. Idk if it's the strings that i put on it DR NYB5-45 or if it's the bass but once i compared it to a proper bass and not my old BC Rich Warlock (shitty bass), i realise the TRBX is actually quite shit. Had some switch problems where the active mode wouldn't make any sound, had to press the switch from the top to connect some broken solder or something idk. The bass seems to have some defects like my 3rd string doesn't sound as powerful as the others and it sounds different overall. Again, maybe it's the strings. It sounds weak for an active bass and if not played by the Aguilar Tone Hammer pre-amp/DI that i got, it's actually unbearable. I am changing my score from 5 to 3. Soon i will buy new strings (probably flatwounds) and update the review if necessary. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XQeAYkAzLw here's a video of my former band playing in a rehearsal. I didn't have the Tone Hammer yet

S nástrojem jsem velmi spokojen. Precizní zpracování, příjemná váha (skvěle padne do ruky) široké možnosti zvuku. Kytaru jsem vyzkoušel jak na zkušebně, tak i na koncertě a mohu doporučit. Je výborná. Skvělý poměr cena/výkon.
