SX EF3D Transparent Wine Red Guitarra elétrica

Singlecut Electric Guitar with Wine Red Flame Maple Top

The SX EF3D-TWR brings singlecut Les Paul-style tone to players who want the heft and sustain of a classic humbucker guitar without the boutique price tag. A transparent wine-red finish lets the flame maple veneer across the top read clearly under stage lights, while the mahogany body and set neck deliver the warmth and resonance the format is known for.

What Sets This Singlecut Apart

The flame maple veneer is the visual signature, but the real story sits underneath: a set-neck joint bonds the mahogany neck directly to the body for long sustain. Chrome high-mass tuners and a stop tailpiece anchor the strings firmly, while trapezoid pearl inlays mark the rosewood fingerboard.

Body Construction — Sustain and Weight

Mahogany is the tonal backbone of this singlecut, prized for midrange warmth and natural compression under drive. Flame maple veneer on top adds brightness and a striking grain pattern under the high-gloss clear coat.

• Body Material: Mahogany — dense, warm tonewood that anchors the low end and supports sustain
• Top Material: Flame maple veneer — adds top-end sparkle and the signature wine-red flame figure
• The high-gloss polished finish lets the flame grain read clearly under stage lights

Neck and Fingerboard — Playability

A set-neck construction creates an unbroken transition between neck and body, improving resonance and giving the upper frets a connected feel. Mahogany neck profile pairs with a rosewood fingerboard for a smooth playing surface.

• Neck Material: Mahogany — stable, resonant, and matched to the body for tonal continuity
• Fingerboard Material: Rosewood — warm, dark-sounding surface with a smooth feel under the fingers
• Musicians get 22 nickel frets that provide a full two-octave reach per string with bright, durable wire

Electronics and Hardware — Tone Shaping

The HH pickup configuration covers everything from warm jazz cleans to saturated rock leads. A 3-way pickup selector paired with independent volume and tone controls gives players precise control over the blend.

• Pickups Configuration: HH (2 humbuckers) — thick, noise-canceling output for high-gain playing
• Controls: 2 volume, 2 tone, 3-way switch — independent EQ per pickup for nuanced tone sculpting
• 625 mm scale length gives a looser, more vocal feel under bending than a standard 648 mm neck

Who Should Play This Singlecut

This model is the right choice for rock, blues, and metal players who want singlecut tone without crossing into four-figure price territory. Beginners stepping up from a starter Strat or Tele will find the set-neck construction and humbucker warmth forgiving, while the 625 mm scale suits players who prefer substance on the strap.
