Alto Xylophone by Soundiron is a deeply sampled Orff tuned percussion instrument library designed for Native Instruments Kontakt. This library includes a 25-key alto xylophone and two soprano xylophones, offering a versatile range of articulations and microphone positions to capture detailed and dynamic sounds.

• Articulations: Features hard mallet, soft mallet, and choked articulations, each with multiple dynamic layers and round-robin variations to ensure natural playability and a dynamic sound.
• Recording Positions: Recorded in a dry studio with two microphone positions: close and far, providing two distinct sound flavors that can be independently controlled.
• Interface Features: The custom UI offers controls for swell, attack, release, tightness, tuning, vibrato, and articulation selection. It also includes an optional sub-synth waveform underlay module for tonal reinforcement, as well as a robust step-sequencing arpeggiator and auto-roll system.
• Additional Content: Includes 20 custom FX presets and 20 ambient organic soundscapes created from the source sounds, enhancing the creative possibilities.
• Effects Rack: Comes with a full DSP effects rack, including convolution reverb with 99 unique spaces such as cathedrals, churches, halls, and outdoor environments, plus 40 custom FX impulses.

This library is designed for the full retail version of Kontakt 5.5 or later and includes 14,129 stereo WAV samples with 3.1 GB of content. It provides a wide range of sound-shaping parameters, each fully automation-ready in your host environment or in Kontakt's stand-alone mode.
