Featuring two round pipe clamps that fit securely on any 1.5" round rack bar, both are allowed full 360-degree rotation with a center bar to keep them tethered and tight. Creates a mounting extension from support bars to added bars, and can even serve as a brace when extending the rack to a second tier.
