Papa Roach is a rock band from Vacaville, California, formed in 1993. The group originally included Jacoby Shaddix, Dave Buckner, Jerry Horton, Will James, and Ben Luther. After some early lineup changes, bassist Tobin Esperance joined the band. Papa Roach achieved mainstream success with their major label debut, Infest, in 2000, followed by several successful albums including Lovehatetragedy, Getting Away with Murder, and The Paramour Sessions. Drummer Tony Palermo later replaced Buckner. Known for blending hard rock and alternative metal, the band has remained active over the years, releasing albums such as Metamorphosis, F.E.A.R., Crooked Teeth, Who Do You Trust, and Ego Trip.
