ZD-02 is a bamboo flute crafted from bitter bamboo aged for over three years and dried for two years, resulting in a material with fine, straight grain and no cracks. Aged Bitter Bamboo

The flute body is made from bitter bamboo (moso bamboo) that has matured for more than three years and undergone a two-year drying process. This extended seasoning stabilises the bamboo, preventing cracking and warping and producing a consistent, resonant tone.

Fine Grain and Smooth Finish

The well-seasoned bamboo features a fine, straight grain pattern and a smooth, flat surface without cracks or blemishes. The natural material gives the flute a warm, earthy tonal character distinct from metal or synthetic instruments.
