Ignite is a melodic hardcore band from Orange County, California, formed in 1993. Known for their energetic live shows and global touring, they gained widespread attention with the 2000 album A Place Called Home. Their music features strong social and political themes, including environmental issues and the legacy of Eastern European communism, influenced by their Hungarian-American former vocalist Zoltán Téglás. Ignite is also recognized for supporting various humanitarian and environmental organizations through their work.
