Basement Jaxx is an English electronic music duo formed by Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe. Emerging from the Brixton club scene in London during the mid-1990s, they gained international acclaim with their energetic house tracks. Notable for hits like Red Alert, Romeo, and Where's Your Head At, Basement Jaxx has received widespread recognition, including winning Best Dance Act at the BRIT Awards in 2002 and 2004.
