The Shimano Hub was exactly what I was expecting for, carefully packed. The selling team managed to change the colour of the hub, like I wanted to, even after the order beeing submited. Normal shipping delay.

The box arrived all torn up, without any sticker warning that it is Fragile, inside the box there was only a piece of plastic inflated at the bottom. The styrofoam inside the bass box came undone, the bass out of place and the bass neck was all warped and when you turn the Master Tone knob it makes a crackle at about 80% of the rotation. After the neck was adjusted I really liked its sound and the feeling of playing, I was just dissatisfied with the state of the order and the neck came bent. The Master Tone's crackling noise is also annoying and I suppose it's not supposed to.
