Nothing to point, easy to buy, delivered on time. All goos with the pacjage and equipment. It's my 2nd time and will be back for sure.

Everything was great!!! Muziker Servive is 10 stars - but the product RolandLX708 is not very good, so I am disappointed with Roland... The Label is getting less and less quality over the years ... can I exchange it? The problem is that is going to be impossible to do the packing like I received it...

Encomendei válvulas para um amplificador de guitarra. O preço foi bastante competitivo, mas o embalamento foi mínimo. Estamos a falar de um produto que é bastante frágil e neste caso foi posto numa caixa bastante maior do que o tamanho das válvulas com uma almofada de plástico, que rebentou, por isso as válvulas estiveram a andar de um lado para o outro dentro da caixa.

Óptimos artigos a preço competitivo. Tudo conforme descrito.

Recebi emails a dizer que não havia stock. Depois já havia. Depois não sabiam quando entregavam. Depois só havia uma de duas bolas que encomendei. Foi confuso e pouco esclarecedor. Mas no fim recebi tudo!

The company delivering the parcel, UPS is not the most competent. The delivery of my parcel has been delayed due to fact that UPS cannot find the address.

The item I got (SX jazz bass) is a great instrument, and there's no problem with it. My disatisfaction is due to FedEx losing my first order for this item and some lacking communication skills from the guys at Musiker. For 3 months I kept asking information about the delay in delivery, but the answer was "We are taking care of it"... You must be more informative on this kind of issues.
