FAST-ROLLING CENTER

• Tightly spaced center knobs minimize rolling resistance by allowing the tire to glide on the surface of the terrain, then dig in while pedaling or braking.

MUD-SHEDDING DESIGN

• Alternating intermediate knob heights and widely spaced outer knobs help clear muck throughout the sloppiest days on course.

WIDE 35 MM CASING

• The perfect width for keeping things skinny while still keeping them cross. The Cross Boss' 35 mm width helps provide all the confidence and traction cyclocross racers need while staying within the constraints of all reasonable racing regulations.

TUBELESS COMPATIBLE

• TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is WTB's standardized tubeless system. These tires feature a TCS tubeless casing, which nearly eliminates flats and allows lower tire pressures to improve traction and comfort over a traditional tube-type tire.

TCS LIGHT CASING

• TCS Light tubeless tires feature one layer of casing to minimize rotational weight while simultaneously increasing the overall liveliness of a tire. Using a single layer of casing results in a gram-conscious tire that better conforms to any terrain and increases traction without the need for excessive knob heights that would reduce efficiency. Many of our TCS Light gravel tires feature SG2, which is our unique puncture protection technology that provides bead-to-bead coverage to ensure both the tread and sidewall are protected from slashes and punctures.
