Ingredients: in 1 vegan capsule: magnesium ascorbate 150 mg [provides: ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 141 mg (176% *), magnesium 9 mg (2.4% *)], capsule shell hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, grape seed extract (95 %) 30 mg, natural Beta carotene / carotenoid mix (Dunaliella salina) 5 mg equivalent to 833 (g (104% *) vitamin A (providing: beta carotene 5 mg, cryptoxanthin 39 µg, alpha carotene 158 µg, zeaxanthin 32 µg, lutein 25 )g), L-cysteine 50 mg, zinc (zinc citrate) 5 mg (50% *), L-glutathione 15 mg, selenium (L-selenomethionine) 100 µg (182% *), alpha lipoic acid 10 mg, manganese (manganese citrate) 2 mg (100% *), riboflavin (vitamin B2) 5 mg (357% *), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 5 mg (357% *), copper (copper citrate) 500 µg (50% * ), (based on alfalfa, spirulina and blueberry). *% RHP — Vitamin and mineral intake reference values.
