The 2,500-watt iQ15 is a dual-band speaker that is ideal for a wide range of portable and fixed installations and sound and speech amplification applications. The speaker features a 15 "low frequency transducer with low voice coil weight for better transient response and a high temperature 1" compression transducer with copper coated aluminum coil for extended high frequency reproduction.

Equipped with a highly efficient and lightweight Klark Teknik Class-D amplifier, the iQ15 provides an impressive 2,500 watts output power. The high degree of speaker system performance control is controlled by the sophisticated but easy-to-use Klark Teknik Digital Signal Processor (DSP), which provides a dynamic equalizer for remarkable full range response at low volume levels and transparent limiting for maximum clarity at high power levels. The iQ15's advanced DSP speaker modeling preferences include detailed and accurate models of some of the most recognized speakers in the audio industry.
 
Klark Teknik has also developed a highly versatile DSP (DSC) function that allows the user to easily optimize the iQ15 frequency response for the physical location of the speakers. This advanced feature provides frequency compensation for placement on a stand, floor, wall or ceiling, similar to the adjustments commonly used on studio reference monitors.
 
On the rear panel of the amplifier you will find a fully functional user interface consisting of an LCD display, A and B channel gain controls and one rotary encoder for intuitive level access, EQ, speaker modeling, SCC, subwoofer integration and feedback control (FBI). In addition to two combined balanced XLR / jack inputs, balanced XLR outputs for each of the two independent channels and the Mix Out XLR connector, the iQ15 has a microphone / line switch and level control with an LED signal presence signal on each channel.
 
The iQ15 also features patented ULTRANET technology, which allows CAT5 cables to be used to transmit multi-channel audio signals and other information between ULTRANET-enabled products such as digital mixers and personal monitor systems. This digital distribution network not only eliminates the potential for RFI and crosstalk that is common to analog methods, but also significantly reduces setup or installation time. The built-in USB port provides access to the iQ15 remote control via a PC, as well as DSP firmware and speaker modeling updates.

The lightweight fiberglass-reinforced composite enclosure features a durable perforated steel mesh grille with powder coating and multiple internal mounting points for permanent installations. The iQ15 also features a two-pin pole-mount socket that allows you to mount the speaker on a pole or lift and tilt it down for optimal audience coverage. The mains power input and line output are provided by Neutrik powerCON connectors.
