Schiller is a German electronic music project founded in 1998, taking its name from the poet Friedrich Schiller. Initially formed as a duo by Christopher von Deylen and Mirko von Schlieffen, Schiller became von Deylen's solo project after von Schlieffen's departure in the early 2000s. Known for its atmospheric soundscapes and collaborations with a wide range of international artists, Schiller incorporates guest vocalists such as Sarah Brightman, Moya Brennan, Peter Heppner, and Tarja Turunen. The project has received critical acclaim, including an ECHO award in 2002 for the hit single "Dream of You," and has sold over seven million albums worldwide.
