Recommended dosage:mix 25 g (approximately 2 aligned 25 ml scoops) in 200 ml of water or skim milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 1 - 3 doses daily, immediately after mixing. Do not leave the already mixed product in the heat for a long time. The measuring cup contained in the product measures volume, not weight. Use scales for more accurate dose measurement. The product is packed on the scale, not on the number of doses. ** You will find the measuring cup inside the package, it may sink to the bottom due to transport.
