Novation Launchkey 37 MK4 Teclado principal Black

Compact 37-Key MIDI Keyboard with Full DAW Control

The Novation Launchkey 37 MK4 is a 37-key USB MIDI master keyboard built for producers who want hands-on control over their DAW without leaving the keys. Three octaves of full-size, velocity-sensitive synth-action keys sit alongside 16 RGB pads, eight continuous encoders, and a 128 x 64 OLED display that shows parameter names, chord names, and scale data in real time. The unit ships with a deep software bundle and connects via USB-C, 5-pin MIDI OUT, and a sustain pedal input.

Built-In Creative Tools That Run Without a Computer

Unlike most controllers in this segment, this model carries an onboard generative arpeggiator with Mutate, Deviate, Swing, and an 8-step pattern editor that adds accents, ties, and ratchets. Scale Mode locks the keybed to any of 30 scales, while Fixed Chord, Chord Map, and User Chord modes let players store up to 16 custom chords per scale. NKS compatibility opens direct control of more than 2,000 Native Instruments sounds.

Keybed and Pads — Velocity, Aftertouch, and Polyphonic Expression

The keybed and pad layout define how expressive a MIDI controller feels in performance. The 37-key layout pairs full-size synth-action keys with patented FSR pads that respond to finger-drumming dynamics and pressure.

• Keys: 37 velocity-sensitive synth-action keys — three octaves playable with both hands
• Pads: 16 RGB backlit FSR pads with polyphonic aftertouch — expressive drumming, clip launch, and chord triggers
• Pitch / Modulation: Dedicated physical wheels — precise real-time control without touch strips

Encoders, Display, and Connectivity — Hands-On DAW Mapping

Eight continuous rotary encoders, dedicated transport buttons, and a monochrome OLED display give the controller direct access to plugin parameters, mixer channels, sends, and transport functions. Connectivity covers both computer-based and hardware setups.

• Encoders: 8 endless rotary controls — assignable to plugin, mixer, sends, and transport modes
• Display: 128 x 64 monochrome OLED — shows parameter names, chord names, and scale data
• Outputs: USB-C, 5-pin MIDI OUT, 6.3 mm sustain pedal jack — drives software instruments and external hardware
• Power: USB bus powered — no external PSU required
