The active form of pure L-glutamine is the major source of nitrogen for muscle renewal and growth.

Description

Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that accounts for up to 60% of free amino acids in muscle cells where it is the main source of nitrogen. In cases of intense physical and mental stress, it becomes conditionally essential. Glutamine protects muscle proteins and supports muscle tissue regeneration.

Glutamine is suitable for:

• strength and endurance athletes

Recommended dosage of Glutamine:

• Strength sports: 2 to 3 times a day, preferably in the morning, 1 hour after training or at bedtime.
• Endurance sports: 1 to 2 times a day, preferably 1 hour, after training or at bedtime.
• Children from 14 to 18 years of age: 3 g of powder twice a day.
• Glutamine should be taken continuously for at least three weeks.
• The maximum recommended dose is 15 g glutamine per day.

Preparation:

Mix 3 g (1 teaspoon) or 5 g (1 scoop) of powder in 200 ml of water or juice.
