The ballast has a solid tube running through its centre, which has an internal diameter of 2 mm, so you can easily thread even the largest diameters through the leader line. Of course, you can rewind the fluorocarbon leader and you don't have to worry about any damage.

• The optimal weight distribution and the correct placement of the centre of gravity allow for a steady sinking in the water column without unwanted rotation and tangling of the leader, even when sinking at great depths.
• The absorbency of the material makes it possible to sharpen or supercharge the ballast itself and thus transport more flavour to the feeding point.
• The porosity and rougher surface, in turn, allows excellent adhesion when wrapping the weight with the wrapping paste, keeping it reliably on the weight even when force-feeding. Both methods significantly increase the attractiveness of your fishing spot.
