I've been using it for about 4 months now; for me, it's much more comfortable than the original pads (Meze 99 Classic). It changed the sound; I mainly noticed it regarding the lows. It feels as if the lows would be a bit stronger. It's hard to describe: it didn't become worse or better: it just sounds a bit different. All in all, I fully recommend it, although it's not cheap at all. The inner diameters are approximately 62 mm x 46 mm, the thickness of the pad is around 20 mm. It can be not easy to put on the pads, but you can get a hang of it after a little practice (there is a video for the installation, it may help).
