Big Max Aqua Ocean Red/Silver Saco de golfe

The bag was returned over a week ago due to a rip in the material after just 10 uses.and I have confirmation from the courier that it was delivered yet on the claims page it says waiting for delivery. Being without a bag is frustrating and too not get back to me with any sort of feedback is just poor customer service. Fingers crossed something will happen soon - I need to order a new bag but don't want to until they address the problem at hand. It would be a great shame to find another shop to place my order but if things don't rapidly improve I'll have no choice.

I have had the bag less than a year and amweekend social golfer in the summer months hence been out about 10 times and there is a split in one of the pockets which is ridiculous considering the only thing I keep in that pocket is my thin windproof jacket - will report back on wathe rranty /guarantee of the product.
