The item I got (SX jazz bass) is a great instrument, and there's no problem with it. My disatisfaction is due to FedEx losing my first order for this item and some lacking communication skills from the guys at Musiker. For 3 months I kept asking information about the delay in delivery, but the answer was "We are taking care of it"... You must be more informative on this kind of issues.

The questions I made got a fast and accurate answer. The time between purchase and receiving the goods was really short. The goods came very well packed with the "gift" inside. I must say I got really happy with Muzzier, first time buying but probably not the last.
