Creapure® Creatine powder enhances physical performance over successive bursts of short-term high intensity exercise.

Although the body naturally makes creatine in the liver, kidneys and pancreas, it only creates half of the daily creatine that you require. The body contains, on average, between 80 to 130g of creatine, digesting or excreting one to two percent of it per day.

Creapure® Creatine Powder is suitable for vegans and anyone who is training to improve their performance.

Creapure® Creatine Powder is completely tasteless, so simply add to your drink of choice, we recommend mixing with water, protein shakes or juice.

As a general rule of thumb, for every 1g of Creatine, mix with at least 100ml liquid.

Creapure® Creatine needs to be taken immediately after mixing as the potency of Creatine is lost if left to stand for prolonged periods.

This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.

This product is not suitable for those under 18.

Description:
Food supplement. 250 g. Micronized creatine monohydrate with guaranteed purity and quality.

Ingredients:
Creapure creatine monohydrate 100%.

Recommended dosage:
Initial phase: Mix 5 g (approx. 1 level 5 ml measuring cup *) in 500 ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Consume 4 doses daily at regular intervals for 5 days. Maintenance phase: Mix 5 g (approx. 1 level 5 ml measuring cup *) in 500 ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Consume 1 dose daily. * The measuring cup is part of the package, it may sink to the bottom during transport. The measuring cup measures volume, not weight. Use a scale for accurate measurement. The product is packaged by weight, not by number of portions. The recommended daily dose is 20 g during the start-up phase and 5 g during the maintenance phase.

Notice:
Not suitable for children, adolescents under 18, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It does not replace a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Once opened, use within 3 months. Close carefully after each use. Suitable for vegetarians.
