A complete loading set of two one-handed and one two-handed dumbbells with a total weight of 40 kilograms, that is HMS SGP40. Dumbbells are a classic feature of every home gym. The discs are made of hard plastic, which is filled with cement. The two-handed axis is a connecting part into which the shaft of the one-handed dumbbells is inserted.
